🥞 Plain Greek yogurt “filling”, 1tbsp @peanutbutterco honey peanut butter, chocolate chips and sf syrup!

Hoy comparto esta receta tipo “pastel de navidad”, para éstos utilicé:
-1/3 de plátano 🍌.
-1/3 de taza de avena.
- nuez picada.
-un chorrito de leche de coco.
-4 a 5 claras de huevo. 🥚 .
Se precalienta un sartén a fuego lento con poquito aceite de coco o de aguacate, mezclas todos los ingredientes y vacías cuando esté suficientemente caliente. - Al final los bañé en una salsa fit de proteína de vainilla con canela y leche de coco✔️🔝, si no consumes proteína puedes hacerla con plátano, y poquita miel ( si te gusta muy dulce). Si haces la segunda no agregues plátano en la mezcla de los fitcakes, el plátano es de las frutas qué a pesar de que es una fuente de carbo complejo hay que moderarlo. 🍌..

Usually I keep most of my food pics to Snapchat but damn I had to share this! Black raspberry peanut butter coffee crunchy protein pancakes 😍
This is 1 & 1/2 serving of kodiak protein mix but instead of mixing it with water I used 1/2 cup of fat free fairlife milk and 1/2 cup of cold brew coffee (pecan pie flavor!) I used a serving of butter in the skillet to cook the pancakes and then I took one serving of the PB and mixed it with 2 servings of the seedless black raspberry jam, microwaved it for 30 seconds and then spread on the pancakes! Seriously, it’s SO delicious! I’m adding coffee to my pancake mix all the time now ☕️😂 Macros for whole thing everything included:

👇🏼EASY 5 Minute Protein Pancake Recipe 🍽👇🏼
~ 1 Cup all purpose flour (I used 2/3 Bread flour, 1/3 Self-raising)
~ 1 Scoop protein powder of choice (I used Soy Protein Isolate, MyProtein)
~ 1 Tbsp Baking powder
~ 2 Tsp Maple syrup
~ Pinch of salt
~ 1 1/4 Cup Water
- Mix all dry ingredients together then add water while whisking and fry on a medium heat, I added Blueberries & Soy yogurt✔️
Super easy 5 minute recipe for anyone to make, also fully Vegan if that’s your thing too! 🌱
Perfect protein pancakes 🥞❣️ ingredients:
1/3 cup dry oats, ground into a powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
optional: 1/8 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk together liquid ingredients (eggs, vanilla if desired, and almond milk - you may use slightly less or slightly more than 2T depending on the consistency you desire).
Add in oats and protein powder.
Cook in a heated skillet, I use a non-stick canola spray first.

WHITE CHRISTMAS VANILLA PROTEIN PANCAKES WITH CHOCOLATE SAUCE 🎅🏻🙋🏼.
What you need:
For the pancakes -
▪️Your favourite protein pancake mix/base. I use @googysproteinbars mix.
▪️200ml unsweetened almond milk.
▪️20g @hap@happywayau vegan vanilla pea protein.
▪️Strawberries and banana
▪️Festive chocolate (note: this is CRUCIAL otherwise your pancakes will be miserable, unfestive and taste like sadness)
For the chocolate protein sauce -
▪️80g plain Greek yoghurt (I used @yoproau).
▪️1 tbsp almond milk.
▪️10g @happywayau choc pea protein.
1. Mix the vanilla pea protein and almond milk into the dry pancake ingredients/mix and cook on low heat.
2. Mix the choc protein powder into the yoghurt and add a dash of almond milk. Stir to combine.
3. Once cooked, layer pancakes with banana and the chocolate sauce, and stack high.
4. Top with festive delicious treats and enjoy the fact that it IS OFFICIALLY 10 DAYS TILL XMAS!!!!
