Every time I've taken a longer break from my normal training routine I've made some big steps forward in my flexibility training. The biggest difference for me is how these poses feel; they've started to feel like I can actually hang around in there and breathe fairly normally 😂✌🏼Now I can really start to work on these, next I'm gonna get my feet flat on the ground in cheststand, start reaching for my knees in the camelpose variation and finally get a touchdown in middle splits 😊💪🏼 I've always made my biggest progress by listening my body, never by pushing too much. Rest is just as vital as practice.
