I'M BACK! I'm loving the earthy tones in this new mala 🌞 available in the shop (link in bio)
Phases of the moon 🌙 happy changes are coming our way! The past couple of weeks Prickly Pear Malas has been having a website re-vamp along with a logo change to lead into the new collection launch and for the overall vibe of the company! I’ve been working hard on the website and getting all of the new product listings ready! I hope you all like the cosmetic changes 😍💕✨ I also put in a big order with vista print for nicer quality mala care cards, thank you coupon cards, and business cards. The next order will consist of really pretty gemstone description cards too! Thus far I’ve made these cards myself, but I really feel like having thicker/better quality cards will present and preserve nicer for you all! Anyways the rest of the day will be dedicated to mala making and filling orders, but I just wanted to share with you all the exciting changes coming our way!! Enjoy your Sunday everyone! 💕🌙 PC: Pinterest

Fasting (my challenge for a Lent) is very new for me. I have never EVER gone that long without eating... unless the flu or a stomach bug was involved.😬 I start in the evening and am going 14 hours. This means the snack I always had before bed, and the breakfast I like to eat first thing in the morning with my coffee, has to wait. It’s a whole new mindset for me. I decided to add on the practice of prayer beads to the last hour of my fast. It’s the biggest temptation for me... I just to want to break my fast early and nibble. I just started (and am new to prayer beads, too), but they are helping my focus on the spiritual aspect to fasting. Each bead is either a scripture I am reflecting or a specific prayer. I love having something in my hands guiding my prayer and focus. Do you use prayer beads? I would love other ideas. #dailystepsblog#col#colormehappy#prayer#prayerbeads#rosarybeads #colormehappy #fasting#biblestudy
