New squat pr 195kg/429lbs 💪💪 Big thanks to my coach @nmelph who is brave enough to spot me even though if i fell backwards i'd probably crush him 😂 But in all seriousness. ⚠️ALIMENTAZIONE PER I DIVERSI SOMATOTIPI ⚠️ Esistono sicuramente, e devono essere rispettate, delle differenze nei diversi tipi di fisicità, ma queste possono e devono essere affrontate in maniera critica e non arrendevole 👌🏻 Di conseguenza, come linea generale di pensiero, si deve attuare una strategia del genere: Innanzitutto, per aumentare di peso serve un surplus calorico, per scendere di peso serve un deficit calorico, da qui non si scappa💣 Ora vediamo come poter impostare un regime alimentare ipotetico ✌🏻 ▶️Ectomorfo: metabolismo eccessivamente veloce, poca sensibilità ai carboidrati 💡 Aumentare la quota calorica con un buon tenore di grassi e proteine intanto, successivamente prendiamo un periodo in cui diminuiamo la quota di carboidrati per riacquistare una buona sensibilità alla loro assunzione, per poi aumentarne nuovamente la quota dopo un periodo variabile 👌🏻 Questo permetterà alle persone che non riescono ad aumentare di peso di acquistare la sensibilità ai nutrienti che prima, evidentemente, il corpo non presentava, "bruciando" tutto quello che gli capitava a tiro🔥 ▶️Endomorfo: metabolismo rallentato, poca tollerabilità ai carboidrati 💡 Generalmente in questo caso la quota lipidica e proteica è già ad un buon livello, quindi bisognerà spingere sull'acquistare una buona tolleranza ai carboidrati senza ingrassare✌🏻 Per farlo, si potrebbe abbassare la quota calorica derivante da grassi e proteine, aumentando di circa 10/15g a settimana la quantità di carboidrati giornaliera, così che il corpo abbia tutto il tempo di prendere confidenza con un macronutriente che non riesce a sfruttare a dovere, per poi, dopo qualche mese, ad un introito di carboidrati decisamente maggiore dell'inizio, con tutti i vantaggi che ne conseguono 🔥 Insomma, come già detto, i somatotipi non sono un handicap 👌🏻 ma bensì un punto di partenza su cui strutturare un regime di allenamento e dietetico adatto alle caratteristiche dell'individuo 💣💣
