The build up. Swipe. - This was only my second deadlift session since starting to come back from injury just last week. I worked up to 225 5x3 last Friday and it felt so. heavy. But it was my first deadlifts in a month! Had no set plan today, just to do better than last week. Warmups felt so good, decided to work some singles. È anche l'esercizio "metabolico" per eccellenza, poiché l'impatto sistemico sul nostro corpo è elevato, come è elevata anche la tempistica di recupero: non è consigliabile eseguire più di due volte a settimana questa alzata di potenza, anche una volta è più che sufficiente.
