This has to be one of the cutest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was made even better by a great location and super comfy bed. If you’re heading to San Francisco, and need a fun place to stay, check it out! (And no, I did not get paid to say that!) 🛏
Bersepeda dapat menghilangkan kebosanan atas kesibukan harimu sekaligus berolahraga. Namun, bersepeda di Jordaan District Amsterdam, kesannya akan terus ada di ingatanmu sampai kamu kembali lagi kesini. #VisitAmsterdam#JelajahDunia
Pull up a seat and stay awhile. I'm working on a blog post about @fogoislandinn's food and craving a cup of tea with some of their homemade bread like no ones business.
This was my favorite part about the White Temple in Chiang Rai. Each hand is different. Do you wonder what they're reaching for?
I rarely share my story or the person behind this community. But, here it is my face! LOL and why Slow Travel.⠀😂🤩😊
When I was 11 years old, my parents shipped me off to Sweden to participate in Summer Camp program. After being exposed and developed friendships with 50+ amazing people from 12 different countries, I’m hooked! My journey has just begun. Since then I've worked in several companies, mostly tech and travel startups. Yes, I have an office job before and now. I wish I can travel all the time. Now, while juggling between an office job and normal life, Slow Travel Story has been my go-to place to express my creativity and supporting the tourism space. :) Also, I do like Slow Travel, one week for one city is perfect! ✌️
🌎«Self-reflection» is the key to obtaining a real and profound change within yourself. Without awareness, attempts to change oneself is often futile. Because just by imposing a different behavior upon yourself can’t provide permanent results.
The questions; "Why is my life this way?", "Why do I make certain choices?", "Why do I often feel a certain way?" lead to an important question: "Who Am I?". .
Ancient Greeks placed self-knowledge as penultimate prize of learning. Indeed knowing yourself directly affects outcomes in your life, your ability to respond to life's events with courage, clarity and determination. Self-knowledge is the path to genuine happiness and freedom.
Travel provides one of the best pathways for self-refelection. Because our typical structure of everyday life is disrupted. Whether we plan it or not, we are "sparked" out of cruise-control of our everyday life. Here we tend to reflect on our world with different eyes.
You start to see a broader perspective on our relationships, our values; how and where we spend our valuable time and resources, and internal responses to other people and situations. Travel journeys often give you natural conditions for self-reflection and provide many answers to the complex and ever changing question: "Who Are You?". Or is it the answer to this questions that is ever changing? 🌿
You can usually see the end coming for the Rideau Canal skating season. The NCC works incredibly hard to keep things in top shape through Winterlude but, once the festival ends, we are really on borrowed time as the days get longer and the weather trends warmer. On Monday, I saw the forecast and realized it was time for one last skate. Conditions from Somerset to Pretoria were far from ideal but, once I hit Patterson Creek, it actually got a lot better. In the creek section, it was actually nice enough to try a few spins and see what I could remember. Thank you so much to the hard working crews who make this skateway one of the most enduring and awe-inspiring experiences our city has to offer. Looking forward to next season already! #photooftheday#myottawa#discoveron#explorecanada#canalmoments
