👆 Entrenando Con Diana V SENTADILLA BARRA FRONTAL💪💪👏 ➡La mecánica de la mujer, sobre todo en el tren inferior, tiene sus particularidades. En la ejecución de la sentadilla existen errores de ejecución técnica específicos en la mujer por la disposición mas ancha de las caderas. Si eres mujer estos son los aspectos que debes tener en cuenta. Una vez que se consigue un mínimo de forma física, la sentadilla con barra es un ejercicio indispensable. Lejos de lo que pueda parecer, este movimiento es de los más efectivos y naturales. Consigues trabajar toda la cadena extensora, en especial cuádriceps y glúteos. tanto en el hombre como en la mujer, es un ejercicio básico y necesario de realizar en cualquier programa de mejora de la fuerza. Tan solo observa tu postura y presta atención a estos aspectos técnicos en su ejecución. Evita mirar al suelo y no bajar la cadera, la posición correcta es mantener siempre tu columna paralela a tus pantorrillas. No hay un criterio claro en el grado de flexión, como norma general la referencia es hasta que el fémur (muslo) quede paralelo al suelo, pero con cargas ligeras se puede e incluso se debe flexionar más, piensa que a mayor flexión, mayor participación del glúteo. Por la mayor anchura de las caderas, las rodillas tienden a dirigirse hacia el interior, evita este error prestando atención para que tus rodillas permanezcan sobre tus pies. En la fase final de la extensión la rodillas tienden hiperextenderse, la cadera se coloca en anteversión y la zona lumbar arqueada en exceso. How do you challenge your obliques? This move on the combo chair provides plenty of work. The weighted ball held in the free hand isn't necessary but certainly adds to the overall load.
