It ain’t pretty, but we had a cheesesteak showdown on our first night in Philly (after our first dinner). Pat’s and Geno’s, Philly Cheesesteak with Wiz and Onions. Pat’s was the clear winner, but I’m loving Geno’s water bottle 😂
This unseasonably warm spring time weather means it's time to fire up the @webergrills and make some @beyondmeat beyond burgers. Nothing beats em when they are well done with a dark, flame grilled char on outside. Yeah! Now back to winter and rain ☹️
Talk about a boom! This short rib hash from @fondphilly is the new go-to! Made with maitake, gruyere and a Bordelaise sauce. Fond just started brunch service a month or so ago and you HAVE to go try it!
my mom and i were gonna go out to dinner today but i said 🤔 na... let me create. i was inspired today so i decided to run with it and get to work in the kitchen. 💓 i made (from scratch, 100% vegan & guilt free 🌱) alfredo sauce with whole wheat noodles, sweet plantain, & eggplant “bacon” bits. this whole dish was an experiment gone right. if you listen closely you’ll hear my mom’s commentary 😭😭 safe to say: she loved it. it was pretty fantastic, y’all. and i really don’t eat noodles often. P.S: i still have some white sauce left, so i will store it in a mason jar and think of something different to do with it tomorrow. 🌱✨💫 #stayTuned 👀😏
