We all have something that we want to be great at. The difference between the individual that is good at what they do and great at what they do is this:
The individual that is good at what they do chooses to practice with caution, in a safe environment where mistakes can rarely be made allowing for little growth, development and learning if any at all. Derailment.
But that great individual...That great individual can be found in the lions den, practicing in the very eye of the storm, uncomfortable as hell where failures are countless and learning and growth is infinite. Developing before one's eyes, gaining their experience from within the fire, perfecting their craft.
