We know it can be hard as the year goes on to keep pursuing some of the goals you set on January 1st, but we are here to help! Roadblocks are a necessary part of the process and overcoming them is an important part of staying on track and growing throughout the year. Here are four easy tips you can follow as we close out the first month of the year to help you conquer those roadblocks and stay on track:
•Cut the calorie savings account. Cutting too many calories all day can lead to overeating later on. Make sure to eat breakfast to start your day on the right step!
•Find the fruit + veggies.🍏🍌🍅🥕 Filing half of your plate up with fruits + veggies makes them a priority and begins each meal the right way!
•Leave the leftovers behind. Allowing yourself a treat once in a while is totally acceptable, but the problem lies when you take lots of it home and eat it more than just once, so save the leftovers for your family and enjoy your food in the moment
•Ramp up your sweat time. As always, it is 🗝to keep a regular exercise routine along with a balanced diet to keep up with your goals!
