I’ve struggled with binge eating and it’s directly related to my state of mind, learning to control these feelings are finding new ways of dealing with them has helped my journey massively! -

It’s not shin splints!! 🎉 however my #calves have been so tight it’s reduced my foot flexibility. Knots painfully taken out, legs cupped and tapped up! Strict stretching regime, TLC and I can start couch to 5K in a weeks time! 🎉🎉🎉

The office currently hate me as the office now smells of sprouts, think they just need to jump on the fun bus!!

Finding the balance can be difficult sometimes, but having a balanced diet (the occasional treats, nights out, meals) and regular exercise does wonders to your mind, body and soul! -

HIIT got me like! Day seven, with five #hiit workouts in the bag. So, a week in now and I’m amazed how different I already feel! Full of energy, feel stronger and healthier! Also it’s the longest I’ve stayed on track, over the last year or so it only takes the rustle of a biscuit packet to break me! 😂😂 have an awesome Tuesday crew 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Sunday prep day! 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 5 sides, 2 dinners 😅 even tweaked the breakfast muffin recipe.... chocolate, banana and vanilla marble! Thank god thats done!!!
Sunday morning #hiit done! 12 exercises, 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest. Repeat twice! Can’t decide what was harder, Fridays or todays! Whatever way, it always ends the same... a sweaty mess! Boom!! Hope everyone’s smashing their Sunday!!!

I won’t lie, I ached a lot today from yesterday’s, but after a five minute warmup I was good to go again! Spent another 10 minutes cooling and stretching outside afterwards!
