Day 🖐. I’m so sore now, I need to soak in a bathtub 🛀 full of epsom salt for about a week! Didn’t even know what I was doing half the time, but I got it done. We can do hard things! #womensmarch#thefutureisfemale
Hi everyone 💕 I will be using this account for posting study tips and the daily life of a nursing student in undergrad 👩🏼⚕️💉 stay tuned 📚
P.s. it’s a random photo but who doesn’t love cute organized notes?! I sure do 😋🙈✨
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail! 💪🏽 One of the BEST investments I ever made was on myself!
Valuing what I choose to put into my body, the energy I expend on others, what I put in my head, who I surround myself with, the love I give to both myself and those I love, and choosing to give a little more each day!
This program was just what I needed to crush 2018 🙌🏽 Bring on Week 2 / 11 🔥
Man I have been getting so many incredible messages and questions and it is soooo incredibly humbling!
I appreciate every single one of you💕
Also remember though when you are on fire for your goals, relentlessly pursuing your dreams, and passionately chasing your purpose you WILL have adversity.
You will have nay sayers.
You will have dream crushers.
You will have obstacles.
You will have turmoil.
But you will always overcome with persistence!
Stay persistent towards your goals, dreams, and passions and I promise nothing and no one will stop you!
I’ve never found something more humbling than holding the hand of someone waiting to go to God. This is a reminder to nurses that while it IS about the medications, the treatments, the feeding, the cleaning, and the quality of life of our patients, it’s ALSO about these moments. You DO have time. You CAN be there in these moments. No one deserves to sit in a room to die alone. MAKE the time, because when it’s your time, maybe someone will make the time for you. This is my life. My passion. My world. Don’t be a nurse for the paycheck because you’ll stay underpaid in your mind. But I can tell you right now, there is no price tag on being a nurse. You have it, or you don’t.
This baby, whose gender was impossible to be determined based on external appearance, was born to a 23-year-old Indian mother, but lost it just four hours later, due to the conditions fatal nature and complications associated with abnormal kidney and urinary bladder development and function.
The baby had normal formation in upper part of the body but below the waist its legs were fused together, a rare condition known as ‘Mermaid Syndrome’ or Sirenomelia. It was the second case in the country and fifth in the world.
The mother had not undergone sonography and only learnt about the baby’s condition when she first saw it after birth.
The exact cause of sirenomelia is unknown and heavily debated, but it is believed that it results from a failure of normal vascular supply from the lower aorta in utero, causing severe ischemia to the caudal portion of the fetus.

I’ve been sick today and studying is the absolute last thing I felt like doing but there’s a test on Monday. If I were to do poorly being sick would just be an excuse and I’d still be stuck with a grade I wasn’t satisfied with. At least This way I know I’ve done my best by putting forth the effort and time. I’m really hoping to bring my GPA up this semester so I used that for motivation today.

What up soul sistas my name is Dr. Mariah White DNP, CPNP-PC, RN and I am a passionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, inspired Health & Happiness Coach, and a proud Medical Director for an incredible upcoming Medical Spa on a mission to fearlessly help others dream big and dream bold to live out there wildest dreams in their health and their happiness! .
I was born in Landstaul, Germany --- military brat who traveled and landed in the good ol desert 🌵which led my to a multitude of opportunity like playing collegiate volleyball, becoming a Registered Nurse at a level 1 Pediatric Trauma Hospital, coaching incredible athletes in volleyball, and accomplishing my life long goal of becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. .
But it wasn't a cake walk. I had a lot of opinions, adversity, and hardship when it came down to being an aspiring 20 something year old Doctor PNP! But it made me better! In the midst of the mountains of homework, sleepless nights, long 12 hour shifts, and lack of motivation for life I found myself alone, tired, struggling with depression, and just lost. .
So much so that I contemplated making a permanent decision to a temporary problem. But one thing that resonants so passionately right now is that your Mess is Your Message! You can help others believe that their story is not yet finished all because you choose to fight for your own! .
So fast forward to now and dropping over 35 pounds --- I gained my life back, my freedom, my confidence, and the unwavering belief that my life's motto stands true:: . ✨// You have the ability to dream big and dream bold by choosing life every single day to live out your wildest dreams in your health and happiness\\ ✨
Through this account my goal is to inspire you, empower you, and believe in you as you take the steps to conquer your dreams and share your message knowing that your story matters! You deserve the best that this life has to offer! Let's do this together sista! 💕
