Die tollen Dinger dürfen dann bei 180 Grad etwa 20 min sich im Ofen wohlfühlen und dann sind sie auch schon fertig 🙂. Schnell gemacht und super lecker. Don’t get into fitness to lose weight! Wait, what? Yeah, I said that. Yeah losing weight is a good overall goal to have but I don’t personally think it’s a good overall reason to get into fitness. Why?? Because losing weight takes so much time when you do it correctly and it’s easy to get down on yourself and disappointed in your journey. Also, scales suck. There’s SO many things that factor into your weight. Are you bloating today? Are you gaining muscle? Is it in the morning or at night? Was it carb day? (Yesterday I ate 100 things because I was meal prepping and had to try everything I was making...duh) If it were up to me scales would not be in homes at all💁🏽‍♀️ . .. So why work out if it’s not about losing weight?? Well dang I’m glad you asked!! Let’s talk about increased energy levels, sky rocketed confidence, overall happiness, better sleep, healthier hearts, improved memories and more! Let’s try to make a goal this week that’s totally obtainable like “I’ll make it to the gym 3 times this week” or “I’m going to bring a jug of water to work with me everyday and drink the whole thing” or “I’m going to take my dog on a walk every day” or “I’m going to tell Nellie I’m joining her Des Moines, Iowa rock climbing group on March 3rd 😜😉” Try to make an OBTAINABLE goal for this week! Some days training feels like garbage and then you realize you’ve PR’d each lift for 4’s in the span of a week. Working on some technical changes but overall these felt great! - 107.5kg/ 237lbs x 4 @8 - I am officially exhausted! And taking today completely off from all responsibilities! No work. No training. Just a 100% me day. And so far it's glorious.

❤❤KOKOS TASSENKUCHEN ❤❤ Der Tag verlief heute ziemlich ruhig, aber produktiv. Die Wohnung musste mal wieder gemacht werden 😑 und es gab eine kleine Weiterbildung in der Kunst des Fotografierens👍🏼. Es ist wirklich schwer, die Fotos perfekt abzustimmen und das richtige Verhältnis zu finden, also Respekt an alle Blogger, die dass immer so toll hinkriegen 😊. Und was macht man, wenn abends noch ein paar Kalorien offen sind und die Lust auf Süßes steigt? Einen Kokos Tassenkuchen natürlich, was für eine Frage 😃 Rezept: 20g Kokosmehl, 1Ei, 75g Quark, etwas Süßstoff und 3g Backpulver einfach in einer Tasse mit der Gabel verrühren und für ca. 1:30 min bei voller Leistung in die Mikrowelle. Fertig ist das leckere Ding und es schmeckt so lecker nach Kokos 😋😋. Und es passt mit nur 200 Kcal perfekt als kleiner Abendsnack👍🏼.
