GUYS! I haven’t been on for what feels like forever! It’s been a busy, happy day. I’m feeling very under the weather tonight... but I still went and got my workout done. I feel like shit still but the gym always helps
My workout today:
5x3 pull up negatives
8x4 assisted pull up wide grip
8x4 assisted pull up close grip ( harder weight under my own weight for both )
10 burpees + push-up > 10-12 bent over db row x3
10 back flies w db > 10 mountain climbers to plank lift each leg > 10 mountain climbers each leg alt SLOW x3
10 travel burpees in squat > 15 hip dips x3
8 v-ups w hands touching the floor at the top > 8 alt v-up to bicycle x3
10 hip dips each side x2
People ask me about what I am doing to get in shape, and the one component is persistence & finding the time even when you don't think you have time.
