I am so thankful. When I actually get quiet and tap into my spirituality, the more I dedicate time to reading and learning about myself, the more I take time to be outside and in nature, the sillier I get and the more my child comes out to play. Get up, dance, jump around, move that energy inside of you, get your childish juices flowing!
Grounding... Connecting... I’m always happy when I’ve got my bare feet on the ground. Except when there’s prickles. 😜👣
As kids we rarely wore shoes. The first thing we did when school finished was take off our hot shoes and socks and let our feet breathe. We ran faster, climbed better, and bounced higher barefoot. .
Grounding encourages the return to our natural state of barefootedness. To allow communication and connection with the earth. To rebalance our negative ionic charge, and reduce the harmful positive ionic side effects we suffer from too much screen time, fluro lighting, and living constantly with WiFi and electromagnetic energy bathing us. .
Regular grounding practices with your bare feet on the earth or sand or natural water, may help to relieve stress, headaches, insomnia, anxiety and low mood. It boosts the immune system and settles the nervous system. For me, it brings about a feeling of contentment and peace. I feel home. .
Sometimes you gotta find a form of meditation out in a forest. This beautiful trail consist of seven miles of different ecosystems including streams, waterfalls, steep 1.2 mile climb, wildflowers, redwood tree.
