I’ve been patiently waiting. 🙃 I found this perfect “poking stick” in the woods while I was camping this summer. I call it my staff. Aha it has a perfect little handle to hold on to and it seems like it has a lot of untold stories.🔮I love it. - - Today was the first time of my life stepping in the snow barefoot. I miss touching the earth. Trying out some @iceman_hof power breathing to keep my blood warm enough to heat me up like a blanket from the inside out. I didn’t chill by the fire the whole time like this but I definitely got a nice flow in. Jesus loves you. He loved you before you were born, as you were a young child, and as you grew older. Jesus loves you now. Breath into this wonderful, amazing truth. Stand firm into and ground into your foundational leg in Dancer pose. Breath in the fact “Jesus loves me.” Feel all four corners of your foot in the ground, your body strong and firm. Arms stretching in opposite directions, front palm active and reaching forward toward all that God has for you! Lift your heart and head high, neck relaxed and tall. The energy of Christ is in you, around you, and in love with you! I challenge you not to think that simple song is too young for you. Or that it is no longer true now that you are a grown up with things you might not be proud of. The song is still relevant. “Jesus loves me this I know. For the Bible tells me so…”. It doesn’t get any better than that. But maybe it does. Even if you don’t memorize scripture, it is possible that you know John 3:16. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” Wow. Breathe that in. Say it aloud. Again. And once more. Yes, not only does Jesus love you in an incomprehensible, eternal way; He died for you. Suffered to take away your sins. Allowing you to have everlasting life with him. Breath in that reality. Stand firm and immovable in your Dancer, feel His grace surround you, dance in it. Jesus loves me this I know! It might make you smile and laugh aloud at how wonderful this is. And maybe at the same time cry with joy. This is all good. John 3:16. Challenge yourself to never let this passage feel ‘overused’ or dull — it is His promise! Jesus loves you! “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” That promise can move Mountains. Stand tall. Firm. And be still with God as you embody His promise. #Natarajasana

It has been seven months since our intercontinental move for professional reasons. All settled down, with no more excuses for not taking regular care of health. Working on a more advanced version of #natarajasana or #dancerspose in yoga, with the help of a yoga strap. Long way to go before I can hope to hold the leg with both hands, but I have learned to enjoy long journeys without being impatient to reach the destination, while knowing that the key to improvement is practising at the edge of my abilities! На фото три мезоморфа, хотя не важно к какому типу вы относитесь. Каждый из вас способен приобрести то тело, которое хочет. Тела можно классифицировать опираясь на различные теории. Я пытаюсь смотреть под углом 5-ти элементов на все, что происходит с нами, в частности на то, что мы едим. Каждый человек обладает уникальным сочетанием 5 элементов (пространство 🌫, ветер 💨 , вода 💧 , огонь 🔥 , земля 🥔). В ком-то больше Ветра, в ком-то - Огня, Земли и так далее. Этот состав зависит от состава элементов в телах наших родителей ( это наследственность), а также от состояния элементов родителей в момент зачатия. . Предположим, у мамы много элемента Воды и Земли, а у папы – много Огня. Значит велика вероятность, что эти три элемента будут преобладать в нашем теле по сравнению с Ветром, то есть Ветра будет мало. Но он обязательно будет, потому что без присутствия всех пяти элементов не может появиться ни одно живое существо. Однако в момент зачатия у родителей под влиянием определенного питания и образа жизни состав элементов может измениться, например, у них был нервный период, они плохо спали и много работали – и тогда Ветер возобладает, и этот высокий уровень Ветра передастся ребенку. Именно поэтому врачи альтернативных медицин всегда рекомендуют перед зачатием привести к балансу 5 элементов. Считается, что хорошим здоровьем обладает тот, у кого 5 элементов присутствуют в гармоничном составе..... Так будьте здоровы мои дорогие 💪🏼!
