Leg day!!! One of the most important day in your workout regime u shd never consider missing out. I train my legs on week days also keep doing it everyday ( in small volumes though ) so that I can actually hit my leg muscle effectively and efficiently but most of the ppl miss out on leg days and I can c that gyms r normally empty on those days. Wel set goals and crush them hard that's the best thing u can do. 4 weeks out !!! Any one who feels the same? When I workout I feel I'm in the game and even if I DnT workout for a day I feel like I'm looking thin, bt then when I DnT workout ( due to unavoidable reasons else I can never miss my gym) post eating junk and and no workout for 3-4 months, I literally gain fat and this happens with every one not just me it's very normal and the only way to avoid that is by WORKING out. . . . Self motivation!!! This is something I tell all my clients if u feel tired or not to workout then jst go to the gym workout for half an hour chances are you will end up working out completely and you might kill the workout. This will only happen if u go to the gym though. There are many days where in I feel like giving up nd not to go to the gym but then I just say to myself hey it's only half an hour I'll b back soon and then I end up having a blasting session. Problem starts with ourself, so be the solution finder just try taking a different approach. So next tym when u do not feel like working out jst go for half an hour chances are you might jst end up doing the best session.

#Throwback Me wit my iron brothers..... This was last year this date at around 6-7% body fat. It's very important to know what your capable of and where u can b wit lot of hardwork and dedication. This is the best time to remind myself and others wat I'm capable of can do once I put my mind into it and the beauty of it is any body and any buddy can do it, it's all in the head, the day u decide u need to change, ur body will start showing results.
