Exactly 2weeks after giving birth . I know it looks for you like I’m where I was pre pregnancy but it’s not true. Weight wise ,sure nearly there but what I lost mainly is muscle unfortunately. I am amazed with how much I eat and still loosing weight due to demand of #breastfeeding . As a typical #ect#ectomorph the moment I stop working out feels like i am loosing #musclemass immediately. Am I in rush to hit the #gym? No. 1st I need to make sure I get my #posture back and heel my #diastasisrecti . I did train my body to be able to eat a lot and not put on weight.Did you know you can do that? I used to was all about #cardio and too little #calories . But the truth is we all like to eat right? I do! I make sure I don’t allow too long of the gaps between meals to keep my metabolism going ,that is a key! So I eat every 3h! I just restarted #car#carbcycling too. The truth is with my body type I don’t have to do it ..in fact I need a lot of carbs. A calm 5x3 at 120kg ATG last night. Reps felt solid and very happy with range. I have had a few folk ask me recently am I squatting wrong if I’m not hitting your range/depth. The answer to that is certainly not. Everyone should work with there own range of motion and what’s comfortable for you. Everyone’s mobility is different it does not mean you are squatting wrong just because your not going ass to grass. ( p.s i did after my set tell the dude behind me how to shrug with correct form to prevent injury )

Here’s another version of my preworkout meal that I posted a few days ago. Instead of using cream of rice and almond butter, I used cream of wheat and regular peanut butter. If I’m not mistaken, the only big difference is that this version is lower in carbs, which could be beneficial if you’re trying to lose weight or cut. Basically just add 1 serving of each with 1 cup of hot water and you’re good to go! Btw that’s sugar free syrup for all of you that got happy lol

First time pulling 5 plates on deadlifts back in 2014 when. Dang my form was ate up🤦🏼‍♂️😂 was lucky enough later on to work with friend and past coach @sir_gymratfitness to show me my wrongs and the right way to perform big lifts.

A protein shake I use as a go to for weight gain. 8-12oz of milk, 1 cup of oats, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 banana, 1 scoop of whey protein, and peanut butter if you’d like. Around 43g of protein, 96g of carbs, 21g of fats, and 725 calories. Wouldn't recommend drinking this unless it was post workout or if your trying to gain healthy weight.

Personally, I don’t like taking many supplements or relying on them. I prefer to get the majority of my nutrients through food and I use the few products shown here as a supplement to my diet and training. What supplements do you guys take or prefer?

Day two of the “28 Days Later” Program by @mountaindog1 Did day one of legs yesterday and didn’t think I was gonna survive lol. Today was Chest, Shoulders, and calves. This is only 2 out of 9 exercises from today. Still having a tough time with the range of motion after tearing my right pec. It’ll take some time to get my body back to where it was before hand, but I’m determined to get back and better than before. First exercise was my 8th and final set on flat DB press, did ten reps with 100lbs and immediately dropped down to 60lbs for 15 more reps. Second exercise was sets of 20 reps doing body weight dips.
