Counting Calories DOES NOT work for me!
I've tried it before. I've tried to count calories to lose weight. I've tried to count calories just to eat health and the right portions for me.
But every time I counted calories I'd get lost in the Numbers #️⃣️ 😵
Now I now my food groups and how to balance the just right for me.
Below is 1 Green - 1 Red - 1 Yellow - 1/2 Blue
Oh and now I'm ACTUALLY eating healthy. Instead of just filling a calorie count with foods that should not be filling my calorie count and that do not work for my body.
Even better...I can come up with a plan on the fly. At a restaurant, at a party or using pinterest, like last night to find a tasty Quinoa side dish to go with our Alaskan Halibut 😋
