Peach Cobbler Smoothie Bowl Recipe
1 1/2 C Frozen Peaches
1/2 c Almond milk
3/4 c Greek Yougurt
1T Almond butter
1 T Honey, more if you need it
1/2 t vanilla extract
1/2 t cinnamon
1/8 t nutmeg
1 scoop of vanilla protein, optional
For toppings : peaches, almonds, and granola
Directions: Mix all 9 items in a blender, blend until everything is combined. Then serve in a bowl with toppings.

Here’s what I know:
Pregnancy 1 = 60lbs
Pregnancy 2 = 20 lbs
Pregnancy 1 - had very little control over cravings
Pregnancy 2 - maintained control over cravings and had fewer of them
Pregnancy 1 - no help
