Sometimes I am my worst enemy and can get really dark and twisted inside. I stop seeing the positives, get paranoid that everypne hates me.. it's bad. But daily workout and has helped alleviating some of that terrifying mental knot I get, and after I focus on a good sweat session, I am able to look at situations more objectively. For today's #transformationtuesday I want to focus on not just how physically I have changed since a year ago, (and I have) but how mentally more stronger I am. I've become more resilient. I know I am far from perfect, but i am consistently making progress, whether mentally, physically or both. DAY 3 Trying the Keto way of life! I started monday and did 2 days Egg Fast to kick start me into ketosis and today is my first day on a Normal Keto Diet. I have lost 1.4kg already. Yesturday was an off day feeling quite sickish. I took a poll last week and asked what word(s) came to mind first when they heard the word “millennial”. The consensus was pretty unanimous across all age groups .. “lazy”, “unmotivated”, “entitled” .. essentially society has deemed us “bums” 🤣 But did you know that in 2014 it was reported that 23% of millionaires were millennials?! 🤔We are innovative, collaborative, creative, and in my opinion pretty damn inspiring. It’s 2018 ladies and gents. See, older generations chased a paycheck. Just to get to retirement and have nothing but memories missed and stress about bills. Millennials these days chase our dreams, live for adventure, experiences, and are determined to make an impact and build a legacy. We are go getters and world changers. And millions of people are now making a living working full time online. Starting our own businesses, and teaching others to do the same. So in fact, this is a millennial’s world if you ask me. 👊🏻 It’s time to live up to our name. I don’t mind “chillin’ out maxin’ relaxin’ all cool”😎 while earning my paycheck.
