Hello gorgeous after-dinner snack 💜 Was baking these beautiful purple sweet potatoes for the next few days and couldn’t help myself! Topped with @rolandfoods zaatar-blended tahini and coconut aminos yes please. Hope everyone is having a beautiful Monday. I’m already feeling some recovery and looking forward to 3 straight weeks of outpatient life. Also thanks to those who have replied to my coffee habit inquiry (see stories) — today marks my weaning to a maximum of one cup a day (say what...) 😝•
My FAVORITE study break this weekend: saying yes to the dress! 👰🏻✨My friends, family and I had way too much fun running around shopping and now it's back to the books! With a little extra coffee because we all know sleepover weekends are not the time to be catching up on rest. 🤗 #backtothegrind 🤓

Are vegetable oils as healthy as we think? 🤔 Although they have some benefits, vegetable oils are highly processed to form a shelf-stable product and contain high levels of trans fat and omega-6. Trans fat has been linked to heart disease and stroke and high consumption of omega-6 can create chronic inflammation, which is thought to cause or amplify other conditions like asthma, arthritis, heart disease, and many more. ☹️
For a healthy heart, try using extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, or coconut oil for cooking, roasting, and baking. ♥️
No you are not suddenly following a fitness guru 🤦🏾♀️😜 I’m not trying to be one either (don’t worry!!!) - I just wanted to show you how a normal working mum like me fits exercise in! ☺️ My patients often comment that social media makes them feel inadequate when it comes to exercise- so here’s a realistic picture for you- if I can do it, so can you 👊🏾 Sadly, we get trained to think that strenuous exercise at the gym (and looking glamorous whilst doing it) is what counts, one patient said to me recently “I see girls that look like models doing the exercises on my feed and I know I won’t look like that so what’s the point in even trying?”- fair point. When Miss S went down for her nap after swimming today 🏊🏽♀️ I scooted into our bedroom and did 8 minute abs (a cracking 80s you tube video for an ab workout, please enjoy the music and 80s active wear 🙌🏾). That’s a 10 minute block of exercise done for the day 🤗 You could do 3 blocks like this in a day and it counts. When peanut wakes we will do a long walk in the afternoon as well, easily getting enough activity in for the day 🤸🏾♀️🏃🏾♀️ I do a workout like this on the bedroom floor after work at night sometimes, if Miss S is in bed and I can’t leave the house. You can fit it in. You don’t need a gym. It doesn’t have to be fancy. You don’t need to pay money. I’m working on my core to help my back out and this is an easy way to do it ⭐️ Remember the guidelines suggest 30 minutes of exercise most days- can you fit a few 10 minute blocks in?!? And you don’t have to look phenomenal doing it- case in point people 😂🙋🏾♀️ Tag a mate or your partner or your parent- get someone motivated to get moving and shaking- it doesn’t have to be hard and it’s soooo good for you 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Rouges are stay cats that have neither home nor clan. Usually they are very aggressive and will be fought if found in clans territories. Rouges usually travel by night leaving their scent behind. If it is fresh enough clan cats can follow to see if the cat is still in the area. Rouges will sleep where ever they can and even attack and steal others prey.
