#macosavuoidipiudallavita?
🌎An italian song says: “Ehi, I need at least one reason that makes me feel good..” and today I still have tree: 1)my beautiful and foamy cappuccino with almond milk; 2)my colorful breakfast cup (I found it at the bottom of a box with other things that I still have to fix from the move🤦🏼♀️);3)it’s Friday. #whatelse ?

That first shake after a double cleanse👌🏼. It is so extremely filling, I almost couldn’t get through mine this morning, nor morning tea, nor lunch for that matter haha.
Feeling so energised and clean! Sometimes the day following a cleanse I can feel a little lethargic and flat until I have my meal for the day, however not today. It goes to show that my body really needed this. I’ve had a few compliments the past few days about “looking different”, “having a glow about me”, “looking good” from colleagues and friends. It’s so rewarding when other people notice too.
Weighed in and measured up yesterday for Day 11 and over the moon with how well I’m going. I can see, but most importantly feel the change.
Rotisserie chicken lettuce wraps are always an easy, healthy meal. For this one I sautéed half and onion, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, and water chestnuts. When almost cooked, i added the chicken (chopped into small pieces from a rotisserie chicken) and then some hoisin sauce, soy sauce and salt and pepper for seasoning. Serve with butter lettuce for the wraps and add more hoisin sauce, srichara or peanut sauce on top. Or all three! 😋
I made it through my first day of timed nutrition! I didn't find it all that difficult BUT I didn't consume nearly enough calories. I try to eat around 2000/day and I ate according to the meal plan C (1800-2099 calories), but at the end of the day, I finished with less than 1700 calories. That is definitely not enough for my height, weight, and activity level so I'm going to try plan D tomorrow. Here's the breakdown for tonight's dinner:
💚Arugula and tomato
❤ Deli turkey
💛 Whole wheat pita
