Choosing three feeling states ever day (Thank You @daniellelaporte and The Desire Map 🗺 Planner!) has really been a wonderful tool in truly deciding HOW I want to feel each day and then allowing my “being” to create those feelings.
It works. It really does. Now it’s time to be on fire creating some stuff with my glamorous self!!
Boundaries keep us whole. They are not fences to keep others out. They are commitments to the self first and foremost. How are your boundaries? Do you find yourself saying yes to requests that you know you should be saying no? Where is your energy going? Do your choices energize or deplete you? These are all questions my clients deal with whether they’re CEOs or entrepreneurs or just someone who wants to fully enjoy their life. Next time someone requests your time or energy PAUSE. I used to skip breakfast because I would stress eat so much in the evenings. I thought it was a valiant effort to save calories, but found out through my healing journey that skipping breakfast was exacerbating my overeating in the evening. // I learned that our bodies have a natural hunger rhythm. The same way your heart beats in the background without you needed to micromanage it, your body has a natural intelligence to signal when your hungry. And when your full. Problem is stress, anxiety, email, the kids, the dog, instagram, old patterns, limiting beliefs, childhood trauma, etc., when left unmanaged cuts the connection between you and your body. // You don’t need portion control and other schemes to learn how to eat. You already know how the same way your heart knows how to beat. You simply have to manage all the things that block you from your body’s intelligence, and most of all, learn how to trust it. ❤️

1.) What do I need to do? *Allocate your time**
2.) Where do I need to be? *prepare for appointments & meetings*
3.) What do I need to catch up on? *Get those overdue tasks done from so you can focus on moving forward*
4.) What do I need to get ahead of? *work from a proactive stance instead of having to react to what is due next*
5.) What projects do I have in progress? *review so you don't lose sight of the big picture*
6.) What is one thing I should do this week that I have been putting off? **check your "someday-maybe" list and decide to do one task this week that otherwise would have been avoided**
7.) What am I doing to reach my goals? *BIG goals are accomplished in many small consecutive steps*
