My hand might be slowing me down... but two years of working out and doing so many amazing programs 👇🏼 gives this lady modifications and so many moves that don't include my hand. .
Workouts are my stress reliever! They have saved my sanity so many times. This past week has been definitely a challenge. When I couldn't do my workouts I dug deeper into my mindset. .
A Health and fitness journey is so much more than just being in shape. It's something that for me transformed the way I look at life in the way I respond. I'm one of those people who have a very difficult time when I'm completely sleep deprived not getting cranky. I might bite your head off cranky. 🤦♀️ That's where I have to shift my energy 👆🏼👆🏼that's impacting me. I have a choice and I choose to not let my emotions rule me. .
Thankful for everything this journey has given me my strength, determination, and the will to never give up.

3x20 resisted hip thrust
5x12 Hatfield Squats 165 lbs
5 rounds of walking lunges
4x10 Stiffed Leg RDL
Yup I am going to be sore, I feel it already. Hatfield Squats allow you to stay upright while you’re squatting so puts more emphasis on the quads.
Remember to stay hydrated this winter! Our bodies often don't crave as much water as they do in the summer, so we have to make sure to drink extra when it's cold out!
Water helps us in so many ways, including weight loss and weight management, removing waste from our bodies, carrying nutrients to our cells, and helping us to feel good and look healthy!
