Because they’re so easy to carry around the gym with me, I do them in between squat sets, lunges sets, other ab sets, etc. depends on my workouts...this day I decided to do my FAVORITE kinds of lunges...which I don’t know the correct name of them😅 forgive me! But they’re my fav! I once overheard a trainer teaching another person to do them and she said “pretend you’re a volleyball player...” made sense! Anyways, that was 4 years ago! And they’re still my absolute fav!! Anyways! I kept a 25lb weight at each end.
