Day 8/80...Total Body Core
Um...loved today! It’s the “same” as last week, but totally different at the same time! Last week I didn’t love the workout...I STRUGGLED!! But today I FELT STRONG! I went heavier than last week. I upped my weights, I went with heavier bands and I pushed hard the whole time.
Last week I couldn’t even attempt these plank row with a twist things...but today I could do almost all the reps on my feet!🙌🏼🙌🏼 Improvement that is visual AND that I can track is such a good feeling. The strength that I gained in one week is crazy!
Seriously, this program WILL get you results!! I am not only feeling stronger, I have energy for days!! Eating by the plan, doing the workouts and fitting it all into my life is making me see how much I can grow in these 80 days! Are you still thinking about trying it?
