Maybe 40-50lbs difference in bodyweight but the difference in body composition is a 360 and it still takes getting use to. How you ask? A popular question I get a lot is: How much weight should you be lifting? Answer: I can’t tell you exactly what you should be lifting. Everyone’s strength is going to be different. What I can do someone may not be able to or someone may be even able to lift more than me. - But I do go by a β€œrule of thumb” Let’s say for instance your doing 12 reps of bicep curls with a 5 lb. weight. If you get the rep #12 and it’s still relatively easy, increase your weight to 8 lbs. (that was just an example....) - So basically with ALL lifts you do, if the last 2-3 reps in your set isn’t challenging you, increase your weight!! DON’T BE AFRAID TO GO HEAVIER IF THE WEIGHT YOUR MOVING ISN’T CHALLENGING YOU!! Your goals will thank you πŸ˜‰ πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼 HOWEVER: do NOT go heavy to sacrifice form!! - Form is important and if your lifting and throwing off your form or having to swing your body too much, your lifting too much.
