So much monday love for Shoulders and Abs!
As always upper body on point, even when i wasn't training they seemed to hold shape, but, currently unsure whats happening with the rest of me tho!
For a good chunk of 2017 i was all about the heavy lifting. Zero cardio. And oh my the results were amazing! Although, sure all of you heavy lifters know, it takes it toll on the temple after a while.. The past month or two i have changed it up a bit by adding some steady cardio to target body fat and lifting less weight - higher reps. Not too sure how i feel about my lower half shrinking 🤔
Its a forever challenge, and im learning more and more about my body every day. Think this girl is way overdue for a heavy lift session but.

Lucy was busting out some craft tonight and needed a magazine, all I had was an old copy of Australian Ironman mag... she then proceeded to find it hilarious that my photo was in it... back when I was a writer and stuff 🤪
The signs are there .... This week the talk has been x mas work and friends nights out etc
And this is all fine as we deserve our nights out
As I have said to clients and also myself
Do not let November and especially the run to to xmas in December ruin all the hard work this year
I see it every year
November = you start to take the foot of the pedal .
Bad nutrition habits start
You start missing the odd session
Come December is practically wrote of as people lose focus
Come first or second week of January the person had gained fat
And are chasing their tails trying to get back into a healthy routine
Keep focused and on track so when x mas comes you can relax and enjoy it 👌
