갓스테라는 맛있긴 했지만 생크림이랑 먹거나 우유랑 먹어야겠다

It was pretty damn tough 😅 I worked up to a 110kg deadlift, 110kg farmers and 100kg push and pull

Gosh, @syattfitness is always speaking the truth! This is a FACT! Don’t believe it? Try a HIGH carb calorie restricted diet. I can promise you that you’ll lose weight. and I proved this when I did the n7500 challenge (www.glowhealthnigeria.com/blog). A part of me boils when people say carbs are bad or fruits make you fat 😡 At the end of the day it’s all about calories In vs Out. #IIFYM then eat whatever nutrient dense foods you want!! ・・・
I have NOTHING against low carb, no carb, or ketogenic diets. If it works for you and you like it, amazing. Or as Albus Dumbledore told me just after my Bar Mitzvah, mazel tov you handsome little mensch. (Crazy story, I’ll tell you another time).
That said, I do have an issue with people who demonize a single food or nutrient in saying it’s inherently bad for you, makes you fat, etc. There isn’t a single food that, in isolation, makes you fat. The only way to gain fat is by eating too many calories on a consistent basis. I’m sure plenty of death eaters will bless us with their presence in the comments and say “but insulin” this and “stupid calories” that. But if you really think carbs make you fat even in a calorie deficit...should we ignore the hundreds of thousands of real life success stories showcasing people losing fat and getting healthier while eating plenty of carbs? Or do those just not count because dark magic?
I also have an issue with people who feel like it’s ok to impose their eating preferences on others. It’s not. It’s obnoxious. And presumptuous. And it makes people feel uncomfortable and put their guard up.
So let’s leave it at this. You want to eat carbs? Cool, eat up! You don’t want to eat carbs? Cool, I support you too! Truth is, I don’t care how or what you want to eat. Do whatever makes you feel best. Just do you and don’t impose it on anyone else.

There are going to be days when choices are not optimal. I got the great joy of decorating cookies with 22 first graders. Always one the years highlights. When in deep Ketosis sugar is not appealing. Had a couple of bites but just not into it. Eliminating grains and sugar was the key for me. Simple as that. So here's my story! Picture 1.. I was getting back into working out and lifting and starting to see "gains" and may have been Losing weight. #2 was when I found out I was pregnant. A month or so after pic 1. And the almost end of the pregnancy. Went from 170 to 230 ish. 😭 My doctor told me only walking, yoga and don't lift over 10lbs.. which was very unlike me but I listened to her.
#3 is where I'm currently at .. 8 months postpartum. It was a rough first few months and then I just didn't take care of myself. But I'm ready now and need to start practicing self care, working out and eating properly. Wake up at YOUR right time - getting enough sleep and waking up when your body is ready will lead to a more productive day, some people are early birds, others are owls... find what works best for you! It might be true that early birds are very productive but if getting up early means being out of tune with your body and that you are already crushing at 10 am cause you got up at 5 am, it is not a habit that will make YOU more productive! Don‘t force your body doing something it doesn‘t like. Getting up later just means you are having your productive morning later than others.☺️
I am an early bird... I love to get up and work out before having my big proper breakfast. That‘s my time of the day. Without phone, just in tune with myself. It sets the tone for the day for me and if I had a great morning, my day tends to be more productive. I always try to get a lot of shit done until lunch.☺️

Steh zu DEINER Zeit auf - genügend zu schlafen und aufzustehen, wenn dein Körper bereit ist, ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung für einen produktiven Tag, manche Menschen sind Frühaufsteher, andere Spätaufsteher... es mag stimmen, dass Frühaufsteher sehr produktiv sind, aber wenn das nicht deinem Biorythmus entspricht und dein Körper um 10 schon streikt, weil du um 5 aufgestanden bist, dann wird dich diese Gewohnheit nicht produktiver machen! Später aufzustehen bedeutet nur, dass du später einen produktiven Morgen hast als andere. .
Ich persönlich bin Frühaufsteher, widme den Morgen meinem Training und einem ausgiebigen Frühstück bevor ich Mails checke und aufs Handy schaue. Das ist mein perfekter Start in einen produktiven Tag. Außerdem versuche ich immer so viel wie möglich bis Mittag zu erledigen. ☺️
