Smith Machine Squats🙋 I'm doing 135LBS here and then haven't touched this machine in a few months... Who was I kidding... It sucks when you take time off but thank goodness for muscle memory . It'll be a challenge at first but then after a week or 2 it'll get easier. _ 6 sets 5 Reps As heavy as you can safely handle and maintain your form. Great for the glutes, quads and hammys. 😊 _ Look all this fancy workouts you see is cool but nothing beats original movements that targets your goals head on... TRUST!
