Fabulous interval training workout today. I need to make sure I take things at my pace. As I’m already in adrenal burnout and extreme exercising is a sure way to burn your adrenals. I’m trying to heal not kill myself . But I still pushed myself way more than if I were on my own and I was opened to my limitations and they were much more than I was doing. 💪 Then to Sauna for some detox. My lymphatic system is lacking , so I dry brush to open up the skin cuticle. It’s a wonderful form of detox and to help lymphatic drainage . The sauna will move stuff around , so Then i take a binder like charcoal and voila a simple detox of dry bushing, sauna and binder! The benefits of dry skin brushing include: Listen up ladies: Increasing the circulation to the skin could possibly reduce the appearance of cellulite. Cellulite is toxic material accumulated in your body’s fat cells. Finished 3 weeks of P90X on Sunday, this week is the recovery week and I am thankful for that! I haven't lost any weight, in fact I gained 2 lbs (I lost an inch in the biggest part of my stomach but nowhere else), which is frustrating but I'm going to keep going. With tone it up had lost weight and inches by this point, I can't wait to have Internet again (also waiting on my recipe book in the mail!)! Added interval work into my running last week but only got through 20 minutes and a 5 minute cool down but just left the gym and completed the whole 36 minutes plus 5 minute cool down, yippee :) And got one long run in on Sunday between the rain and wind storms, love the running trail, so pretty #tiuteam #charitymiles #intervaltraining #p90x

Cardio + Core with sliders (or paper plates😉)✅ — Interval training is such a great way to burn up that fat🔥🔥Here is an example for you👇🏼 — My heart rate jumps up in these frog hops and skaters, but drops down just a bit in the core exercises👍🏻This doesn’t mean I’m working any less in that lower interval though, it’s just different! — Try some interval training yourself! It can be great to add some spice and variety into your workouts!🙌🏼
