I confess I’ve never had proats or proyo before, figured it’s about time I join the club. Absolutely delicious, the @legionath Eggnog Whey+ is a nice touch! Topped with some pumpkin pie spice and WF maple syrup. . Didn’t have them refrigerated overnight or a full 24 hours but made them earlier this morning so they’ve had plenty of time to chill 👌🏻 . I used to be part of a competitive dance team and the World Latin Dance Cup is one of the biggest events of the year. This throwback on FB came up today from 2 years ago. I gave myself 6 months to get into shape for this event and I knew I wanted do it without having to do any restrictive diets, without having to give up beer and without having to exercise everyday. Of course no bullshit detoxes, cleanses, juice or shake products. Most of all I wanted to sustain it and not yo yo like most people. They will get into awesome shape then binge and waste it all away. I wanted it to be easy, repeatable and fun. Happy to say it’s even easier to maintain once I found my formula. It doesn’t have to be hard. You just have to know your own body and feed it properly and treat yourself. Restrictions, deprivation overworking yourself don’t last long term. Motivation, determination, will power don’t last long term. It has to be easy if you are to repeat and maintain it. No pain no gain is bullshit for long term success. Too much pain and you won’t maintain nor sustain I can guarantee that! Consistency and commitment beats short term intensity :) #MightyTransformation

Here is my recipe for the stuffed pepper soup. It’s so simple and delicious! Enjoy! . Stuffed Pepper Soup 1.5lbs of lean ground turkey 3 red peppers chopped 2 green peppers chopped 1.5 onions chopped 2 cans of chicken broth 2 cans of diced tomatoes 2 cans of tomato sauce 2 cans of rinsed black beans Salt and pepper . Cook onion, peppers, and ground turkey in a skillet. Drain any fat. In a soup pot, put 2 cans chicken broth, 2 cans diced tomatoes, 2 jars tomato sauce, 2 cans of rinsed black beans, and add turkey and pepper mixture. Cook on medium for about 20 minutes or until warm.

Had dinner under the #sydneyoperahouse overlooking the #sydneyhabourbridge the other night and I orgered this lovely dish!
