Long post ahead, but a different kind of #transformationtuesday 🚨
This very week last year, I had a panic attack... I haven’t shared that with many, but I’m ready now and hoping that it can help someone else who is in this position 💕
I remember it like clock work and replay it in my head how it went down. Things had built up all year and it just one day took over. I woke up that morning sick to my stomach and waited until the last possible to get ready go to work because I was just paralyzed with this overwhelming anxiety. 🔹I walked into work and was just sick to my stomach, shaking, couldn’t breathe, couldn’t eat, couldn’t sleep and couldn’t move I stood gripping the counter just to hold myself up. I even called in to see if someone could cover for me because I just couldn’t go in. 🔹I somehow got through the morning routine finished almost through the afternoon and then finally was able to leave and go home. I got home went inside and collapsed into my bed and couldn’t move the rest of the night. If anyone asked me what was wrong, I’d just tell them I was “sick” to avoid explaining what was REALLY going on. 🔹3 DAYS this went on 3 days!! I laid in bed and couldn’t get motivation to do anything. I felt alone lost and most of all out of control. After I somewhat pulled myself together, I knew a trip to the doctor was needed. So I went and got help and it worked a bit and then I found coaching. 🔹I found community, I found acceptance, I found pieces of me that were missing, I found support and most importantly I started feeling like I could fight again. I fought through the workouts because I was fighting for me👊🏻. I needed this opportunity, I needed this change and I needed to fight for me🙏🏻 🔹 You wanna know WHY I believe in this opportunity so much, it’s because it SAVED me. It taught me that I was worth it, that I can accomplish what I thought was impossible and that each day no matter how tough it gets is worth it.
So fight for yourself, fight against that anxiety, fight against that depression and most importantly fight because you’re worth it.
YOU ARE 💥 and I’m always here to help you achieve that
