Hi everyone! Hope your Monday was great. Just wanted to update you guys. I am in Houston, Texas to visit family for the holidays. Today i trained at the Hayden Gym for a full body session & some steady state cardio. Tomorrow and Wednesday i will be training at @officialalphaletegym (stay tuned to my IG story for the actual time, but I’m thinking 2pm-4pm both days) . If you’re in the area, feel free to come say hi, the gym will have guest passes available if you want to train while you’re there. I would love to say hi to you between my sets or before / after. And yes, of course @VinnieTheFrenchie1 will be there too. Das it! Just a life update. I’m beyond happy to be with my family. I know it’ll be a while before i see them again so really focusing on them this trip & soaking in every moment i get. 🖤

Once I know I can achieve something I want to go to the next. Fucking nailed my conditioning for the first time and shit it can be fucking better. I brought size, but shit I need more volume and fullness. I’m never fucking satisfied and I always want to be better in everything I do. I’m not fucking stopping till I’ve reached the sky.... naw fuck that sky is not the limit, it’s a point of view. There should never be a cap on your success.

There is nothing wrong with sticking to a typical Bro diet and meal plan, at times I often resort back to that myself, but there are other ways that are just as effective for you to attend your goals. This meal right here is delicious and still falls within my macro nutrient range, and I don’t have to sacrifice taste just to hit my numbers.
