This has been the hardest trip I’ve worked in a long time (long days, multiple legs, turbulence, etc etc) but as we left the airport at the wee hours this AM, I turned to my friend Ashley and said, “we’re getting paid to hangout.” And just like that, my mindset switched. I went from feeling overworked and exhausted to feeling lucky and so freaking happy. It’s all about that mindset, babes. This is me sprinkling some positivity your way. ✨
Also can I just say if you haven’t tried making vodka sauce with @kitehillfoods cream cheese, have you even lived?! I used @victoriafinefoods marinara sauce made with avocado oil and 😩🙌🏼 legit no words. Threw in some organic chicken sausage, @brightfreshmicrogreens micro kale, black sesame seeds, crushed almonds for some crunch!
