Personal experience: Ever since Copaiba was released I have been so curious to experience this oil for myself & I have heard the powerful properties it has, especially with it’s similar health/medicnal benefits to CBD and Marijuana. (But discluding THC and actually legal haha). I got it about a month ago and so far these are my experiences I wanted to share with you since it is such a new oil to doTERRA and we’d all like to know lots of info and experiences. (See my last post for facts) . . I started taking a drop under my tongue morning & night with frankincense as well for the extra cellular strength, and powerful anti-inflammatory properties for my wrists (I have tendonitis) and right knee (my kneecap doesn’t track straight. My wrists have been feeling much better most days and I haven’t been using Deep blue polyphenol complex anymore so it’s nice that this is working out for most of my inflammation needs. . . Also on Wednesday-ish I began to get a sore throat and was really stressed. On guard, oregano and herbal tea was helping me keep it from escalating but the swelling in my lymph nodes on either side of my throat and the scratchy irritations are obviously not my fav. I read in the modern essentials book that copaiba is also used for sore throats, tonsillitis, inflammation etc. So I took it internally as usual (but this time IN my tea so the hot water would open up my pores & copaiba could do it’s thing faster) & applied it topically right on either side of my neck where it was swollen. I was able to sleep fine and woke up without the scratching (still a bit swollen) I continued this 1x internally & several times topically throughout the morning and by lunchtime didn’t have any swelling. It’s Sunday now & I never went back to any swelling :) . . My Grandma has Fibromyalgia & called me recently asking how to use Copaiba. She has decided to slowly ease her way off of her medication for 6 weeks and incorporate Copaiba and Deep blue Polyphenol Complex instead. (She also takes the vitamins daily & goes through deep blue rub like crazy too) but I think it’s so cool that she is trying something new - & good for her. Go grandma Hadley!

Traditionally 1 TB Of ACV is mixed with water and dashes of cayenne pepper, building up to 1/4 teaspoon, then 1/2, 3/4 and then 1 teaspoon of cayenne over many days. Just updating on Mom and trying to get things out there. I think the more I say/type/text what is happening, the better I do. A lot of mixed feelings. Mom is officially in hospice and they have halted all life prolonging medications. She is solely on morphine for her pain management. It’s a lot of mixed emotions in this process. The last two years have been so long for her and us. I find myself strong when I’m there with her and tearful at random times during the day. What a journey this has been. When I was younger, my brother and I were obsessed with Nutella. It was like having dessert for breakfast! * * * Sadly Nutella is full of unkind and unhealthy things like cow’s milk (😭💜🐮) and sugar. It’s also full of hazelnuts which make it a bit too rich for those who might have a heart problem and need to stay away from high fat foods. * * * Happily, however, here is a recipe for #plantstrong chocolate spread: * * * 1 can of rinsed chickpeas 1 handful of dried dates 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 3 Tablespoons of cocoa powder 1/2 cup of water * * * Blend everything together in a food processor or blender until smooth. 11 mile #halfmarathontraining run in the books today! 🏃🏼‍♀️ My longest distance ever- a year ago I could barely run 3 miles, 2.5 months ago I hit a personal record of 7 miles and just Thursday I hit a record of 9 miles! 😜 Amazing! 🎉 BUT trust me when I say it wasn’t easy mentally or physically 🙈 I almost called my husband to come pick me up because I was close to tears 🤷🏼‍♀️ But I knew I would be mad at myself for not completing my goal for today and we’ll I ain’t no quitter! 😎 All runs can’t be sunshine and rainbows but the most important thing is you learn from them so here we go... ➡️ I’ve had some stomach cramps/discomfort the past few days which resulted in me not eating much yesterday which means I wasn’t properly fueled most likely 😬 ➡️ I don’t think I drank enough water beforehand and I didn’t take water on my run with me 🤦🏼‍♀️ ➡️ My pace was actually pretty good through mile 7-8 at around 9:35, but then those last 3 miles...
