I have spent the last 10 hours getting the next weight loss challenge all set up and didn’t bake anything for dessert( and honestly I am too tired to bake right now😩). So @eatfatsnax cookies to the rescue. While I love baking and do it pretty much everyday, sometimes you don’t have time or some people may not like to bake. So I have tried out a bunch of different prepackaged keto snacks. I like to read reviews first before spending my money(I am a bit cheap). And I have tried many keto products that have a bunch of good reviews but taste horrible!! I don’t care if you have perfect macros, if it’s bland, hard, eggy, or tastes fake I won’t like it. But the chocolate chip cookie and their peanut-butter cookies are great tasting and don’t crumble in your hand. Plus I got to pair it with a Matcha Latte(you know I love matcha). My regular MCT matcha was out and I decided to try out FatSnacks because I saw they just launched it(instagram is killing my wallet🤣 with all these new products launching). The best part is it’s individually packaged so I can add it to my purse snack stash for an on the go treat. When used internally, Cilantro essential oil can aid in healthy digestion and act as a natural cleanser and detoxifier for the body! It can also help cleanse and freshen the air when its sweet and herbal aroma is diffused and when applied to the skin, Cilantro provides a soothing and cooling feeling that can aid in the relaxation of the body. It is also said to have analgesic properties, as well as antispasmodic, even fungicidal! Peppermint, oh dear Peppermint. Where do I even start! For one, it's sweet potent aroma is very invigorating and awakening, when travelling I keep my Peppermint and Wild Orange handy to use as my caffeine free boost to get through late night drives. Peppermint is fantastic for all things digestive. Nausea? Smell from the bottle, place a drop on your thumb and hold it to the roof of your mouth, and/or place a drop above your belly button to soothe an upset stomach. After a big meal I'll often put a drop under my tongue to get my digestive system rolling to keep that food moving along so it all doesn't sit in my gut. Peppermint is fantastic for pain relief, it has antispasmodic properties and when used alone topically or blended with other oils it provides a cooling then heating sensation to the skin and tissues underneat, helping area's of inflammation and pain. HEADACHES! A drop on your fingers massaged onto your temples works wonders to soothe a headache, also I like to add some extra up the back of my neck in bad cases. Sooo I tried bringing my son to the daycare at my gym today and it didn’t fly with him. He hasn’t been since he was an infant and literally screamed for 15 minutes before they pulled me out of class. Frustration was at an all time high. Barely a workout for me. I could have totally eaten my frustrations but I made a dinner I know I liked and called it a day. The hubby and I developed a new plan for Thursday’s so I can go to Strong which I love! Dinner was 5 egg whites with 2 slices turkey bacon and an Asiago laughing cow cheese wedge on a Joseph’s pita with steamed broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini! I may do some weights later, but I doubt it.
