I found a great granola recipe from theguthealthmd! I used the the base ingredients and added what I had on hand. I used almonds and pecans, and added dried cherries instead if the raisins and cranberries. I also added pumpkin seeds. Para el relleno - 1/4 taza @saraisspread avellana cacao - 2 cucharada aceite de coco orgánico - 1/4 taza chocolate amargo (turin sin azúcar @chocoboutiqueturin) . . . —procedimiento— - Precalentar horno a 180 grados. - Remojar linaza con las 3 cucharadas de agua. - Para el relleno: calentar aceite de coco y agregarlo al chocolate cortado en cuadritos, agregar spread de avellana (@saraisspreads avellana cacao crunchy) y mezclar hasta que el chocolate se haya derretido. Brownie Stacks! I made these yesterday with my babies - a slightly different shaped brownie makes things a whole lot more fun! These circular brownies have been sandwiched together with chocolate orange ganache and topped with fondant decoration - purely for the effect - not for eating (as I tell my kids - the fondant & sprinkles) So here is a picture of one that made it through the eating-fest to be photographed!
