Comme je vous ai promis les amis je vais poster des idées de petit déjeuner, so let's start avec la première idée que j'adore trop le porridge des lentilles avec une tasse de thé vert, alors pour la recette du porridge il vous faut : Ingredients : ▫️6 cuillères à soupe de lentilles corail ou jaunes. ▫️1/2 tasse de lait de votre choix. ▫️1/2 tasse d'eau. ▫️2 cuillères à soupe de poudre de cacao. ▫️1 cuillère à soupe de cannelle. ▫️2 cuillères à soupe de miel. ▫️1 cuillère à soupe de graines de lin. ▫️1 cuillère à soupe de sesame en poudre et amande en poudre. Instructions : ▫️Trempez les lentilles dans l'eau pendant la nuit. ▫️Le matin, égoutter et rincer les lentilles puis ajouter dans une petite casserole avec le lait et l'eau. ▫️Cuire à feu vif jusqu'à ébullition, puis réduire le feu, couvrir et laisser cuire pendant 5-10 minutes en mélangeant de temps en temps pour s'assurer que les lentilles ne collent pas au fond. ▫️Incorporer le cacao, la cannelle et le miel, laisser cuir jusqu'à ce que les lentilles soient tendres.
