Happy Taco Tuesday! 🌮 I hope everyone else enjoyed the long weekend! I visited family down in DC and explored all the historical sites🇺🇸. Yesterday was CRAZY. I left Maryland Sunday night at 11:30pm, arrived to my hometown at 3:30am, woke up at 8:30am for a doctors appoint and then found out I had to wait three hours AND that I had to get stitches. Finally we headed back into the city, got stuck in three hours of traffic and arrived back close to 8:30pm. The last thing I wanted to do... cook🙄 Items in my fridge: -frozen leftover steak from Friday nights dinner -lettuce -tomato -onions -taco shells All I needed was an avocado! Morale of the story, healthy dinners don’t need to take hours of preplanning or prep. Sometimes, it’s just about thinking outside the box. . Muffin de banana Receita 1 ovo e 1 clara 1 colher e 1/2 de farinha de coco (15gr) 1 colher de café de óleo de coco (3gr) 1 banana amassada (60gr) + amêndoas picadinhas (5gr) + canela e essência de baunilha + 1 pontinha da faca de fermento + 6 gotinhas de stevia. . Só misturar tudo em um vasilha (deixando o fermento por último) colocar em forminhas de silicone e assar por uns 30 minutinhos no forno!
