Debo de confesar que yo no había querido probar las sardinas me las imaginaba fuertes de sabor y olor y solo pensarlo me hacía rechazarlas. Un día en mi búsqueda de introducir alimentos nuevos y que me ayudarán a combatir el #hashimotos y gracias a @angelsslpz me encontré con que este pescado tiene muchos beneficios y que está dentro de los alimentos permitidos, así que me dije : vamos a ver como nos va! 😂. 🐟Las sardinas son ricas en omega 3 y 6.
🐟Tienen selenio que ayuda a mejorar la psoriasis y el eczema.
🐟 Es de los pocos pescados que han sido expuestos a la contaminación de mercurio.
🐟 Son ricas en Magnesio.
Sí quieren realizar esta rica ensalada necesitan:
1. Una lata de sardinas sin piel y huesos en aceite de oliva extra virgen.
2. 1/4 de taza cebolla morada picadita.
3. 1/4 de taza de pimentón rojo picadito.
4. Jugo de Medio limón.
5. Pimienta negra al gusto o un toque de shiraza.
6. Un puñito de cilantro picadito. 🥗Mezclar todos los ingredientes y acompañar con arepa o tostada de yuca, tostones fritos en aceite de aguacate o yuca frita en aceite de aguacate.

Well, best thing is to keep that stuff out of the house. The biggest act of will power is not buying the things you know you shouldn’t eat. That way, you never have to be sitting thinking ‘maybe one more little piece?’ That doesn’t mean you can’t have that favorite indulgence, just plan your treats so when you buy them, you can eat them (e.g., maybe a treat for a special occasion) without feeling guilty.
