Having a play with rotator cuff rehab I found this 2kg power club useful to rehab my own shoulder injury a few years ago. My sport is Olympic weightlifting (I’m not very good but I keep trying) and this really helped with getting the shoulder ready for more dynamic loads required. The idea is to accelerate through the concentric phase and quickly decelerate the eccentric, I was surprised how much it also effected the anterior obliques.
