Some of my favorite core exercises that have made a huge difference in my handstand practice! This is sped up 4x so make sure to go slow! .
1.) Hollow hold: back flat on ground, float hips, shoulders and head off ground. Engage core to keep back pressed flat on ground. Point toes and squeeze everything! Put arma by ears for an extra burn. . .
2.) V-ups: start in hollow hold. Slowly raise legs and torso up at same time. Keep everything squeezed and toes pointed!
3.) Modified L sit: place hands by sides between knees and hips. Point toes and squeeze everything (there’s a theme lol). Lift butt off ground and hold. .
4.) Leg raises: lightly place hands close to hips on ground or further back. Squeeze everything point toes and lift legs towards torso. .
