Who else thinks this looks amazing right now?! 😍 thankfully JBT approved! Ingredients: • 2 organic free-range eggs, separated • 100g 70-85% chocolate, melted • 1⁄4 cup rice malt syrup or raw honey or maple syrup • 1 tbsp coconut or macadamia oil • 1⁄2 cup almond meal • 1/3 cup rice milk or preferred milk Method: Preheat oven to 170°C. Grease 4 small ramekins with coconut oil. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Melt chocolate, oil and honey in a bowl over simmering water. Beat egg yolks in a separate bowl, then combine with chocolate mix. Add almond meal and milk, then gently fold through the egg whites. Pour into ramekins. Bake for 15-20 minutes to desired consistency—the less you cook them the more gooey they will be in the centre. Serve immediately. YUM!

Woke up- #grateful that seed does not produce fruit before its time. No matter how much I watered, wished, hoped, prayed, crossed my fingers or really wanted, it to. 😕 . Woke up grateful for seed time as well as the harvest. 🌱🌾 . I am grateful for both, the sun 🌞and the rain. ☔ . And Im not sure why I didn't feel this days, weeks, months ago... but I'm just glad I do today. . Don't look now, but it sounds like somebody's growing.💋

Si vas a comer al menos 2 horas antes de la clase puedes comer una comida balanceada 🍲🍛🍝🥗(carbohidratos y proteínas) en una porción adecuada a tus requerimientos nutricionales. Si vas a comer muy cerca de la hora de la clase, la porción debe ser pequeña y con muy poca cantidad o nada de proteínas, ya que son más difíciles de digerir. CUIDADO!! NO ENTRENES SIN HABER COMIDO. Esto es muy importante, sobretodo para los que entrenan en la mañana. Bajo ninguna circunstancia debes hacer la clase sin desayunar. Así sea media rebanada de pan. Ideal es comer una fruta 🍌🍎🍐🍑, una rebanada de pan 🍞con mermelada, una barra de cereal. NO SUPRIMIR CARBOHIDRATOS . Los carbohidratos son la ⛽️ gasolina del cuerpo así que para hacer la clase🚴🏻 debes haber comido carbohidratos.
