❌DON’T TRAIN WITH A WEIGHT BELT❌ Avoid this common gym fail. - The core facts: Everything stems from the core of the body. Without a strong core you will not be able to life weight as easy and you’re literally setting back your results. There are so many great exercises done standing, balancing and that focus on building the core stronger. These benefits are all diminished once you put the belt on. - When to use a belt: When performing max lifts and 1RM doing squats and deadlifts. These exercises excessively load the spine with heavy weight so wearing a belt will help. - Don’t be that guy in the gym wearing a belt while he does bicep curls or just about any exercise. LOS ABDOMINALES SE HACEN EN LA COCINA, NO EN EL GIMNASIO 5. Quieres ver cambios Rápido Es común ver como las personas de un día para otro deciden iniciar un nuevo estilo de vida. Se inscriben en el #gimnasio y quieren hacer todos los #ejercicios en un solo día. Esto lo único que puede ocasionar es un sobre entrenamiento que termine en lesión y te mantenga fuera del gimnasio por un buen tiempo. Lo mejor es que vayas poco a poco. Recuerda que progreso por más pequeño que sea sigue siendo progreso. 6. Te obsesionas con una parte del cuerpo y realizad entrenamiento todos los días de ese músculo, por ejemplo: en las chicas solo entrenan glúteos y los chicos puro pecho. TODOS los músculos deben descansar para crecer y recuperarse. 7.
