Ok so last night's leg session. Decided to change up my squat stance. Trying to open up my hips a little more. Don't know how I felt about it. Squat is also one of those lifts that I'm not super great at, years of training IMPROPERLY trying to push heavy weight with bad form. Trying to focus on the basics now and really hit form. Sure they may not be numbers that I'd love right now but hey so be it, have a lot of room to grow. •Main giant set: star jumps, squats, weighted sit-ups.
•Secondary giant set: lunges, front bar squat, and cable crunches.
•final giant set: box jumps, leg extensions, plank.
10 min run to finish. Felt pretty good.. legs are toast!
