Travel Back T H U R S D A Y | 110 meters above the valley resides the famous “Bacunayagua Bridge”, and in fact, the tallest bridge in Cuba. Initiated in September 1959, this bridge sets a barrier between the Mayabeque Province and Matanzas Province. Cubans considered this bridge as the “seven wonders of Cuban civil engineering.”
🔸 By no means, I’m not a big fan of doing any type of extreme activity (bungee jumping or skydiving). But I feel that I have this sense of exhilaration from higher locations. It could be the side effect from an altitude, but honestly, negativity seems unreachable when I’m up above the ground. .
