Sömn till 6.20 en timme längre än vanligt. Tyvärr lite seg idag så fick kriga mig igenom passet men då är man alltid nöjd efter. Nu 60 min cardio å det är då man känner hur svetten sprutar, tröttheten släpper och lyckan byggs på. Känner ni igen känslan? Pratade sockerfälla igår i min fb grupp. Hur lätt man åker dit fast att man vet om det innan. Denna jul, nyår och födelsedag valde jag att äta ett par dagar å sedan dieta i mellan helgdagarna men jag vet inte. Sjukt jobbigt det mä och hattigt. Kroppen fattar inget. Först nu jag känner att balansen är där sockerfritt och strikt, lite fylla på om lördagar. Mår bäst så å kroppen fattar vinken. Ett par "julhelgs" kg plus men kunde varit värre. Jag har 26 dagar på mig att tappa minst dem, så peppa mig det är ni bäst på 💪💜. Påtal om socker, när jag ätit godis är dagen efter alltid en kamp för jag vill ha mer, ställer mig frågan är det värt det ? NEJ men ändå är man där igen å igen å igen. Bullar, glass och kakor funkar för mig just GODIS som triggar och förstör huvudet. Sockerfri sedan 2 veckor å älskart, älskar även @lohilo och @nicks . Ne he svettas klart sedan jobb puss på er 😗 #bumbisresa

So this post is especially for the ladies… An incident I witnessed at the gym the other day inspired me to write this post, especially for the ladies. We've all been through it at some point. A random muscle man (or woman, for that matter) coming up to you and tapping you on the shoulder while you are in the middle of your workout, disrupting your flow,  demanding to know how many sets you have left, and then getting agro when you say that you still have quite a few to do (because ladies are only supposed to do boot camp classes and run on the treadmill, right?😒😒🤔). Ladies, DON'T be intimidated! We are all there to achieve our goals. Don't cut your workout short or rush through it just because he or she decides that they are going to stand behind you and wait, trying to pressurise you into leaving the machine sooner. Continue until you have done what you came to do. I used to get very intimidated too. I'd rush through a set as soon as someone asked how much longer I'd be. But one day I just decided that enough was enough. We all pay a membership fee and no one member is more important that the other. Yes, certain machines have a time limit and we should all adhere to it. Also, in no way am I saying that you should hog a machine for a ridiculous amount of time (if you are super setting, allow someone to jump in while you complete your other exercise). All I'm saying is don't be bullied into a suboptimal workout. I've addressed this to the ladies because more often than not, we are targeted, but guys, if this happens to you as well, the same applies. Do not be intimidated. Smash your workout and leave when you are ready to. Make every session count Ok, rant over. 😊😊Happy Hump Day everyone.😘😘😘

#LegDay training VIDEOS! 😋 Video 1: PR Attempt #1 (felt like I didn’t get a good full rep) so I tried again in video 2 🤗 #NEWPR at 225 🙆🏽‍♀️ Video 3: got ahead of myself and attempted a double PR. FAILED. 😅 Video 4: #Tempo #PauseSquats for 5 sets at 3 reps 🔥🔥🔥 Video 5 & 6: some #barbell #glutebridges & 16 x 4 of #bulgariansplitsquats. First time squatting with knee wraps and it reallt helped.
