Pre-prepped smoothies make my world go round 🤪🌎 Obviously, I get my best beauty sleep in the last 5 minutes before the alarm goes off. I make it a point to never press snooze, but I always lay in bed for a few minutes to give myself a chance to wake up (also, I turn the remote controlled space heater on and give it time to warm up my room because I’m not about that frozen life ☃️) Knowing I have breakfast waiting for me in the fridge makes everything else so stress free! It’s amazing what a big impact having an easy flow morning can have on the rest of your day. My smoothies are always Vega All-in-one, unsweetened almond milk and frozen banana based and then I’ll throw in whatever I’m feeling that week. This week I had leftover homemade cranberry sauce (from my cranbrie post 😋) so I blended that with some frozen raspberries and strawberries 🍓 Vitamin C, 5 servings of greens, 20g of protein and 290 calories - who’s ready to start this day off right? 🙋🏻‍♀️

Good morning babes! I woke up this morning feeling pretty good and got ready for schooI straight away! 🙌🏻 My RX bar last night was really good and I’m feeling very energized at the moment! I truly hope these night snacks are going to help me with my energy levels and balancing hormones, as it’s still very new and I’m still a bit nervous about it. My ED has got me feeling all guilty because I am starting to look forward to them. I have also been looking forward to having my new protein shakes with almond milk. They aid in my post-workout recovery and are honestly very delicious! I make myself feel terrible for enjoying my meals when I should not be punishing myself for doing so. It is completely irrational and unfair to myself. I have to eat to train, NOT train to eat. I’m trying to push past these thoughts as we speak, but for now, here’s breakfast! I am fueling up with: plain 2% Greek yogurt (Fage) topped with puffed wheat, frozen raspberries, chia pudding (chia seeds + water), coconut chips, and cinnamon! 👅💦✨ The changes this week are very nerve racking, but I am so ready to face them head on. After I’m done at school, I’m off to my gym session! Today is my heavy leg day, so I’m focusing on compound movements with heavier weights and will then focus on the more “jumpy” movements on my Friday legs day. I want to increase the strength, or lack there of, in my legs, and this is how it will happen! 🙅🏻 I have convinced myself I must do certain movements on certain days of the week, and that if I don’t, I’m being “lazy” or am “not as serious” about my training. I know that this is totally untrue and is anorexia’s way of making me feel like crap. I am unhappy with how my body is performing and appearing, so the only way to change it is by making the changes for myself. I must continue on this path and trust body my body and mind. I know what I am doing. I haw all the research right here in front of me. I have the proof of this community and what they have gone through. I have proof that what I’ve been doing was far too much for my body and that I was not fueling myself properly, so it’s up to me to pick up the new manual for a stronger and healthier body.

I don't know what I'll be doing yet but will be taking things easy for this week, just to ease back into it. If you ever find yourself having to take time off the gym for whatever reason, you will certainly find it difficult to start again, but DO NOT give up! HIIT WORKOUT 🤢🤮 • Battle ropes - 30 secs • Box jumps -30 secs • Pulse squats - 30 secs • Jump squats into tuck - 30 secs I only managed 2 rounds and the second attempt was half arsed, wanted to do a HIIT session and film it. So I forced my recovering body to commit and complete this madness! ~ Save it, and give it a try!
