Day 54 of #75daysofspicy. Finally snagged up these @paquichips Haunted Ghost Pepper chips. They did not disappoint.
Hotness rating: 5/10. These are flavorful and also quite spicy. Like any coated chip variety, some have more powder than others and the level of heat can vary between them. I had a couple surprise chips in the middle that caught me off guard.

Fish and Chips night! Feels like forever ago that I've posted about @adoboloco Hamajang sauce, but tonight we'll remedy that. I've actually been using this sauce very frequently and have found my absolute favorite combination of it on fish. Try basting this on some nice plain fish like Halibut. Some of the spiciness will dissappear, but the flavours of the sauce really stand out when they've been cooked on the fish.
Side note, we bought some pub style Cavendish Farms fries and found these to be some of the best grocery store fries in terms of flavour and texture. Highly recommend giving them a try.
