Almost on a weekly basis, I head out to the mountains to explore. Exploring the outdoors has changed my life significantly, allowing me to appreciate the people I love and our planet. I’m thankful to be living in Alberta and for these reasons I know that I must do everything that I can to address issues of climate change so that we can all have the opportunity to enjoy life for generations to come. What the beach should look like in February - empty and frozen. If anyone in the northeast still needs empirical evidence of climate change, check the historical temp averages for this week. Then open your weather app and cry.
As @schwarzenegger would say, #lessmeatlessheat#protectourwinters

Or pizza. You can always buy me pizza. || Welp, my life has done a 180 since I last posted on Instagram. And I’m so into it. But I’ve been silent for ages, and I miss connecting with you here. So hi, hello! 👋👋 how have you been?? Grab some ice cream (or pizza) and let’s catch up!
When I took this I thought it might be a throw-away. Ended up being super happy with it.
Moral of the story: when in doubt, take the shot.
One day all you're left with is your family, friends and the stories made along the way. So do your future grandkids a favour. Live a life of adventure and make stories worth listening to ✌️#getafterit
“The distance between you and your destination can be set to zero only by your courage to act and by your determination to sustain this action until the end.”- Mehmet Ildan 🌲🏔💧 After setting one of the largest mountain terrain objectives I’ve ever made, I’m proud to say that I successfully completed a super long ski-jaunt into the Jemez Mountains of Northern New Mexico. I could have never completed this long day and struggle fest up a constant incline in mixed terrain without Tim by my side. I chose an amazing man to call my best friend and adventure with. @intrinziq- you help me stay focused, you always have my back, and you’ll even fearlessly follow me into the deep woods filled with mountain lions and bears... you’re such a badass! You constantly inspire me to make bigger goals, climb more mountains, go farther, and dream bigger than most even dare. Thank you for being the greatest kind of person to be in love with, I’ll keep choosing you everyday- over and over again. ❤️
